Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident when shopping for boutique apparel, shoes, accessories, and related fashion items. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order issues are handled.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. Return instructions must be followed carefully to avoid delays.

Return Shipping

Original outbound shipping is free for customer orders. Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to customer preference, sizing, fit, color choice, style preference, or a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.

If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item, damaged item, or confirmed defective product, we will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on inventory. Boutique apparel and fashion items may sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will be available.

The fastest way to secure a replacement item may be to place a new order after the original return is approved. If an exchange is available, we will provide instructions by email.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution. We cannot control how long a bank or payment provider takes to post the refund after it has been issued.

Refunds may exclude non-refundable charges, discounts, promotional adjustments, or costs related to items that do not meet return requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Items Damaged After Delivery

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, misuse, alteration, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.

Apparel and accessories should be handled according to the care label or product care guidance provided with the item.

Lost or Missing Return Packages

Customers are responsible for return packages until they are received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the customer may need to follow the return process after delivery.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct related costs or handling expenses from any eligible refund, unless prohibited by applicable law.
